I should really try to remember to ALWAYS have a trusty digital camera in my bag, lest I end up with more crappy photos like the ones I have here... hahaha :-)

Tempura and Sukiyaki

Anyway... back to good ol' Dad's Ultimate Buffet...

Well, what else can I say... Dad's has always been there for everyone wanting to pig-out on a buffet. It's relatively affordable for a crossover buffet offering more than 200 dishes at Php 665.00 (and Php 565.00 for Monday-Thursday Lunch). Not bad right? You get to eat all the Tempura, Saisaki Steak, Lechon, Pasta, Roast Beef, Lengua, and Dessert you want and more for less than Php 700.00 per person.

There are a lot of buffet and eat-all-you-can places nowadays priced the same or even higher and have way less food choices. That's why Dad's is such an easy choice for people like me who find it hard decide on what and where to eat... We just head straight to Dad's Ultimate Buffet and I can have everything I usually crave for... hahaha :-)

Wowie's fave...

California Maki and Saisaki Steak

The dessert station is ok for the price... you get your fill of ice cream, crepes, kakanin and native pastries, halo-halo, cakes, and pastries. I'm not a fan of their cakes though... I find them quite dry and not so tasty. Their mini-chocolate mousses, I do love however :-) I could easilly finish 10 of those little treats... hahaha...a good way to fight "umay" or that bad oily taste you get in your mouth after having too much fried food.

Cream Puffs and Mango Crepe

If you're not on a diet, head to Dad's Ultimate Buffet and satisfy your cravings for most of the stuff you love to chow on. :-) Watch out for the drinks though... bottomless sodas, iced tea, and individually priced fruit shakes here are quite pesky on the bill... you might be caught by surprise when you see your bill for two at Php 2,000 to 3,000 just because of all the drinks you ordered... hehehe :-)

MY VERDICT:

What I Like:
> Price - Reasonably priced at Php. 665.00 for lots of dishes to choose from
> Food - Love the pasta station. Tempura is always good.

What I Don't Like:
> Service - Sometimes it takes forever for the drinks to refilled. Iced tea is not ice cold. You still have to request for extra ice.

Will I Go Back?:
> Definitely! Especially when looking for an easy buffet option.

Do I Recommend This Place?:
> Yes. Classic pig-out spot :-)
